This year, the CIB’s theme was “Prepare for your Future,” joining this year’s ICV Congress of Controllers.
The ICV working groups of the Eastern Region invited to the CIB in Berlin and TD was there with a keynote speech. The CIB is the joint regional event of the ICV working groups of the Eastern Region and thus of the ICV working groups Berlin-Brandenburg, Saxony, Thuringia and Weser-Harz.

A thrilling day
Over the course of the day, the almost 100 participants were able to listen to various exciting specialist presentations. Topics such as “How much digital transformation can a company tolerate?” or “Will AI take over my job?” played a major role.
We at TD, in the person of Philipp Wicke, took the liberty of focusing on natural intelligence in a keynote speech. With his stimulating lecture entitled “Decide smarter and easier”, Mr. Wicke took the audience on a short journey around the topic of “decision”.
A positive response
The deputy chairman of the ICV Mr. von Daacke summed it up with the following statement:
“In a business world more dominated by technical terms, Mr. Wicke made us memorably understand the learnability of decision-making skills in a very entertaining as well as sound way!”
The positive feedback to the impulse lecture confirms us further that we have completely hit the pulse of today with the main topic “decision management”.
