The initial situation
The reason for our decision to implement a business intelligence software solution was the desire to digitalize and automate our data processing. However, the different departments in our company have different requirements for a business intelligence tool. Our goal was to make important key figures of all affected employees available in a central platform in order to be able to make decisions quickly and on a common data basis (single point of truth).
After our decision for the CP Dashboard (Analytics by Qlik), we were also looking for a partner who not only knew our ERP data structure, but could also import it quickly and efficiently into the Qlik world. TD Trusted Decisions successfully supported us with the implementation.
The biggest advantages of implementing the analysis platform were the enormous time savings and the significant reduction in errors due to the automated preparation of our data. The elimination of manual data preparation simplified the processing considerably. Our wish for a cross-company, identical database in one place was also fulfilled to our complete satisfaction – data silos are now a thing of the past for us.
Working with TD Trusted Decisions proved to be straightforward and productive. The TD team implemented the software quickly and agilely according to our ideas. Through collaborative teamwork, we developed new ideas, successfully completed the challenging project and achieved our goals.
