Anlass unserer Entscheidung für die Implementierung einer Business Intelligence Softwarelösung war der Wunsch nach einer Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unseres Datenverarbeitungsprozesses. Die verschiedenen Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens haben jedoch unterschiedliche Anforderungen an ein Business Intelligence Tool. Unser Ziel war es, wichtige Kennzahlen aller betroffenen Mitarbeiter in einer zentralen Plattform zur Verfügung zu stellen, um Entscheidungen schnell und auf einer gemeinsamen Datenbasis (Single Point of Truth) treffen zu können.
Nach unserer Entscheidung für das CP-Dashboard (Analytics by Qlik) waren wir außerdem auf der Suche nach einem Partner, der nicht nur unsere Warenwirtschaft-Datenstruktur kennt, sondern diese auch schnell und effizient in die Qlik-Welt importieren kann. TD Trusted Decisions unterstützte uns erfolgreich bei der Implementierung.
Projekt-Highlights und Blick in die Zukunft
Die größten Vorteile der Implementierung der Analyseplattform waren der enorme Zeitgewinn und die erhebliche Fehlerminimierung durch die automatisierte Aufbereitung unserer Daten. Das Wegfallen einer händischen Aufbereitung von Daten erleichterte den Verarbeitungsprozess erheblich. Auch unser Wunsch nach einer unternehmensübergreifenden, identischen Datenbasis an einem Ort wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt – Datensilos gehören bei uns nun der Vergangenheit an.

The Lower Saxony State Spa Pyrmont wanted to make its financial and profit planning more efficient and transparent. The company was looking for a powerful software solution to optimize decision-making based on precise data and at the same time simplify internal controlling and reporting processes. Of particular importance was the ability to establish multi-year, integrated financial and profit planning, which would provide the management with a reliable basis for business decisions.
