Über die Jahre haben wir viele Daten gesammelt, die wir nicht schnell genug oder nur schlecht aufbereitet aus unserem System erhalten haben. Aufgrund dessen haben wir uns für ein BI-Tool entschieden. Hierbei fiel die Wahl auf Qlik Sense wegen des großen Leistungsumfangs und der erschwinglichen Kosten im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern. Sowie auf TD Trusted Decisions wegen der räumlichen Nähe und der raschen Planungs- und Durchführungsphase.

Erfolgreiche Einführung

Die Planung und erste Implementierung verliefen sehr schnell. Anschließend wurden noch viele Formeln und Parameter in sorgfältiger und mühsamer Kleinstarbeit angepasst. Die Betreuung durch einen Experten von TD war für uns und die Einführung der größte Vorteil. Er hat die Thematik sehr schnell verstanden und proaktiv aufgearbeitet. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass das Projekt von A bis Z direkt von ihm abgewickelt wurde. Somit hatten wir jederzeit einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner an unserer Seite. Das A und O jeden BI Projektes ist der, der es umsetzt!

Zukunftsperspektive

Aktuell lernen wir aus unseren Statistiken und finden regelmäßig neue Korrelationen. Eine Erweiterung unserer Kennzahlen über Qlik ist schon in Planung.

The goal

As part of the steady growth of Peter Wagner Vertriebsgesellschaft, the volume of data to be processed has also increased in recent years. The decision-making process

In order to be able to make an informed decision, various products were compared and the providers for implementation were evaluated. The data analysis software Qlik Sense was chosen due to its wide range of services and its favorable price, especially in comparison to other providers. The company opted for TD Trusted Decisions GmbH to implement the analysis platform, as they made an extremely competent impression during the consultation and impressed with their excellent product knowledge. The local proximity (company headquarters in Wels) was also a decisive factor, as the company was thus able to support the company quickly during on-site operations.

At the beginning of the implementation process, expectations were discussed and clear objectives defined in a kick-off meeting with the consulting team from TD Trusted Decisions GmbH in Wels. Together, the most important use cases for the business intelligence tool were derived and prioritized. Based on the prioritization, a schedule was then drawn up for the gradual implementation of Qlik Sense.

In the area of marketing, Karsten Nowak, Head of Marketing at Peter Wagner Vertriebsgesellschaft, would like to be able to display charts showing the cumulative sales development of media codes and customer group selections. Implementation has already begun. There is also a lot in the works in the IT/processes area: "Various functional enhancements are planned with this product, which will give us an improved view of planning figures, an improvement in the preparation of advertising measures and in the review of logistics services. In the long term, this product will also support procurement decisions," says Lutz Zeitzmann, IT & Process Manager at Peter Wagner Vertriebsgesellschaft.
